Wonderful staff

We stayed at the Castex in June 2006. The room was small, of course, but comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. When staying at the Castex, eat at Cafe Francais. You'll have a wonderful view of the locals and the Bastille. more

located nearby the center, in a nice side street 150 from metro station Bastille, in 17th century building - so do no expect big room - with nice breakfast room, friendly and helpful staff that provided us with accurate information, restaurants of high quality just around the corner,...and many more.… more

Quick trip to Paris and wanted quiet with easy access

We had a quick trip to Paris and wanted a quiet and convenient hotel. Hotel Castex is on a nice quiet street, very close to subway entry. The staff speaks english very well and is very helpful without the french attitude so prevalent of the past. We have a new favorite hotel in Paris. more
