a charming hotel, perfect location

castex hotel is perfectly located in the place de la bastille side of the marais.  it is easy walking to everything in the marais: place des vosges, the picasso museum, the pompidou centre and not far from the jardin des plantes, notre dame, the louvre, the seine and the st. germaine area.  the metro line from place de la bastille is nearby and convenient for many of the sights.  the hotel is charming and the receptionists are very pleasant and helpful.  i would highly recommend the castex hotel as a simple and lovely place to stay in the best part of paris.  if you are traveling with children, they are one of the few places that can offer 2 rooms together in the marais.  i definitely plan to stay there again.
